Let us take you to the most charming bistros and brasseries of Reims and Epernay ! In these cozy places, you will meet the local gourmets and you will get to taste Champagne’s signature delicacies : the “Jambon de Reims” (local ham), the authentic “pâté-croute champenoise” (traditional meatloaf), the famous “potée” (a mix of pork and cabbage), the grey truffles, the locally-made mustard and vinegar… Generous cheeses like the Brie de Meaux, the Chaource and the Langres will delight your palate before dessert (that is when French people have cheese!). If you have a sweet tooth, you will certainly enjoy the famous pink biscuits (Biscuits Roses de Reims) and the cork-shaped chocolates…
The Champagne area has a lot to offer when it comes to high-end gastronomy. We are proud to rely on several 1-star restaurants as Racine * or Le Royal *; one 2-star restaurant – Le Parc des Crayères **, where Philippe Mille offers a refined cuisine inspired by the seasons ; and one 3-star restaurant – L’Assiette Champenoise ***, whose Chef Arnaud Lallement is among the best of the country. We will be glad to recommend the right places according to your expectations and to take care of the reservations for your lunches and dinners.

Given the diversity of Champagnes, any food delicacy can be paired with some bubbles!
