> Drive on the Champagne Scenic Road
Enjoy a commented tour through the Champagne Scenic Road and discover the Premier Cru and Grand Cru villages that are part of the Montagne de Reims area. Admire Champagne’s hillside vineyards – recently listed on UNESCO World Heritage – and discover the most important treasure of the region: the grapes.
> Introduction to the biodynamic technics and private visit at a biodynamic producer (Marne Valley or Côte des Blancs area)
To start your journey into the world of organic and biodynamic Champagne, you will be welcome at a family estate with a strong philisophy on sustanability. There, you will discover the avant-garde technics of the winegrower, based on biodynamy and many new experimentations this Champagne domain conducted for years. You will discover the Marne Valley terroir and its iconic grape, the Meunier, or alternatively the Côtes des Blancs area and its famous Chardonnay. After a comprehensive tour of the winery, you will taste some of the estate Champagne, and discover a diversity of aromas.

AFTERNOON
> Commented walk in Hautvillers, the village of Dom Pérignon
The charming UNESCO-listed village of Hautvillers is your next destination. There, trace the origin of Champagne and visit the church where the famous monk Dom Pierre Pérignon is buried.
> Private visit a second premium family estate (Montagne de Reims area)
In the afternoon, you will discover another producer from another area of the Champagne appellation, where Pinot Noir is the main grape variety. You will be able to compare their technics and you will taste various cuvées of the House, including extra brut champagnes.
