Program
Day 1
At your arrival in Reims, we welcome you and give you all the information you need to enjoy your stay in Champagne.
You spend your first moments in Champagne discovering the city of Reims. Visit the magnificent Cathedral of Reims, masterpiece of Gothic art and part of UNESCO world heritage.
At lunchtime, you enjoy a three-course menu especially designed for you in an elegant and welcoming restaurant of the city center.
In the early afternoon, plunge into the heart of one of the greatest Champagne Houses during a guided tour ! Enjoy the particular atmosphere of the chalk cellars where millions of Champagne bottles are aging. There, you discover what makes this wine so unique before tasting it.
Later, we invite you to follow the Champagne Scenic Road. You roam around the vineyards from one “Grand Cru” village to another until Verzy. There, on the edge of the forest, you climb up easily to an unusual bar, perched on the top of the trees to discover another cuvée.
The end of the day most probably is the highlight of your stay. You board the basket of a hot-air balloon for a unique moment : a one-hour flight above the sloping vineyards of Champagne. Let yourself float in the air and experience a wonderful feeling of freedom. Enjoy the view…

Day 2
After breakfast, you head to the magnificient village of Hautvillers. The history of the village is closely related to Champagne’s.
Walk the beautiful alleys that run through the village. Discover the hidden secrets and the history of Hautvillers, which once was the home of Dom Perignon, the inventor of the Champagne blending process.
At lunchtime, you stop at the most charming restaurant of the village. There, you get familiar with the diversity of grape varieties en Champagne, tasting cuvées made from each one of them. The welcoming owners pair these cuvées with local specialities. Savour a 100%-regional tasting lunch.
