Rémi is a pure product of the Champagne region. Born in Reims, he co-founded the agency with his friend Clément in 2015 after his degree in Tourism Management. Thanks to several years of experience, he has developped a wide network in the Champagne region to provide the best services to his guests, and is always looking for new exclusive experiences to offer.
Astrid
Experience Designer & Expert Guide
Astrid, born in a family of Champagne growers located in the prestigious area of the Côte des Blancs, will be delighted to share with you the secrets of this region. In charge of providing the best experiences to our guests, individuals or groups, she is always looking for new restaurants, wine bars, and trendy Champagne growers to taste.

After several experiences as a guide for Major Champagne Houses, Lucie joined our team for some years now, and for the greatest joy of our guests. She is always eager to share with you unique stories about the people involved in Champagne, and to take you for a walk in the vineyard, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Melissa is a young and passionate guide who you will love to spend the day with! Throughout her short but already impressive career as a tour guide, working for several Champagne Houses and historical sites, she has developed her knowledge about the region, but also her guiding skills to meet our guests very best expectations.

Matthieu, traveler in the soul, is always in the pursuit of new discoveries. Former sommelier in a Champagne House, he has also a knowledge of wines in general – he is living part time in Burgundy. Full of energy, he will share his passion for wines, and also for Heritage and Culture, as he is also licenced as a guide specialist of History.

After working for several years in the tourism sector abroad, Eloise wanted to return to her native region to specialize in wine tourism. Before joining the Instants team, she was a guide and sommelier based in Epernay, working for various Champagne Houses and family growers, extending her knowledge of Champagne wines, technics and history.
